We accept returns within 30 days of placing your order
Items must be unworn and unwashed with their original packaging and tags
Shoes must be tried on indoors and free of dirt, scuffs and wear
Processing time
Once your return has been delivered to our facility, it can take up to 7 business days to process.
Gift cards
All returns are issued gift cards. We'll email you a gift card as soon as your return has been processed. If you can't find your gift card, be sure to check your spam/promotions inboxes!
